These terms apply to services booked through TirthDarshan.in. By placing an enquiry, booking or order with us, you agree to them.

Our services

We arrange puja, darshan, travel, stays and the delivery of prasad and keepsakes. For puja and yatra services we act as an organiser working with pandits, hotels and transport operators. For Tirth Store items we sell directly.

Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry is not a booking. We call you back to confirm the details, the date and the price. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed those with you and, where a payment is due, once that payment is received.

Prices and payment

Prices are confirmed with you before payment. Payments are collected through Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.

Puja services

Puja is performed by a verified pandit ji, with sankalp in the name and gotra you give us. We share photographs of the puja with you and courier the prasad to the address you provide.

Puja is a matter of faith and tradition. We do not promise any specific outcome, cure or result, and no such promise made to you by any person is authorised by us.

Yatra, travel and stays

Darshan timings, aarti timings and temple access are set by the temple authorities and can change without notice, particularly on festival days. We plan around published timings but cannot guarantee them.

We do not arrange VIP darshan or Bhasma Aarti passes at Shri Mahakaleshwar. Those are booked only through the temple's own channel at shrimahakaleshwar.com.

Tirth Store orders

Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We aim to dispatch within the timeline given on the product page. If an item is unavailable after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel, call or WhatsApp us on the number on this website. Where we have not yet incurred a cost on your behalf, we refund you in full. Where a cost has already been incurred — a booked hotel room, a paid samagri order, a dispatched courier — we refund the balance after that cost. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Liability

We are responsible for arranging what we have agreed with you and for putting it right if we do not. We are not liable for matters outside our control, including temple closures, weather, traffic, or acts of the authorities.
