Cancelling

To cancel a puja, yatra or order, call or WhatsApp us on the number on this website. Tell us your booking or order number and we will confirm the cancellation to you.

Refunds

Where we have not yet incurred a cost on your behalf, we refund you in full.

Where a cost has already been incurred — a hotel room already booked, samagri already purchased, a courier already dispatched — we refund the balance after that cost, and we tell you exactly what it was.

Timeline

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Once we process a refund, Razorpay and your bank typically take five to seven working days to credit it.

Items we cannot take back

For hygiene and religious reasons, prasad and used puja samagri cannot be returned once delivered. If an item reaches you damaged, send us a photograph on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund it in full.
