What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address — from enquiry and booking forms.
• Your delivery address, city and pincode — only when you order from the Tirth Store.
• Your gotra and preferred date — only when you book a puja, because the sankalp requires them.
• Details of what you asked for, so we can respond to you properly.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange what you have booked, deliver what you have ordered, and contact you about it. Nothing else.

What we never do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed, only to fulfil your booking:

• The pandit ji performing your puja receives your name and gotra for the sankalp.
• A hotel or driver receives your name and mobile number so they can identify you.
• The courier receives your name, address and mobile number so they can deliver.
• Razorpay processes your payment. Your card and bank details go to them directly — we never see or store them.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay under their own privacy policy. TirthDarshan.in does not store card numbers, UPI IDs or bank details.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and order records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept only as long as they are useful in following up with you.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct your details, to stop contacting you, or to delete your information, by calling or emailing us using the details on this website. We will act on your request unless we are required by law to retain a record.

Cookies

This website uses only what is needed to keep the site working, such as remembering the items in your cart. We do not use advertising cookies or profile you across other websites.
