SIGNIFICANCE OF HARSIDDHI TEMPLE
This temple is near the Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain only, and since it’s amongst the major 51 Shaktipeeths of the Maa Sati is considered one of the divine attractions in the city. The temple is around 500 meters from Mahakaleshwar temple and is around 2.5 km from Ujjain Junction. Since lord Krishna prayed to Maa Harsiddhi and defeated Jarasandha, the temple is considered as a goddess of power and truth and is therefore also known as goddess Anapoorna.

During the evening Aarti, the temple’s two Diyas towers are illuminated. There are 726 lamps in total inside each tower. The Aarti times are 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The temple opens up in the morning for Darshan by 5:00 AM and closes at 7:00 AM.
